Rules for posting on OTXAD

To ensure a safe and fair marketplace for all Mandap industry professionals, every ad must follow these basic rules:

• Post in the correct category: Ensure your item or service matches the subcategory (e.g., Truss should be in Sell > Truss structures). This helps buyers find you faster.
• Specify exactly what you offer: Be specific about material grade, style (Haldi/Mehendi), and condition (New/Used). Avoid vague titles.
• High-quality, clean images: Pictures must not have watermarks or third-party logos that distract from the product. Upload at least 3 photos for better engagement.
• One item/package per ad: Do not list multiple unrelated items in a single ad unless they are a defined wholesale "package deal" (e.g., a complete Stage Set).
• Privacy safety: Do not put your email, phone numbers, or social media links in the title or description. Buyers will use our secure chat, and your verified phone number is shown separately.
• Duplicate ads are not allowed: Do not post the same ad multiple times. You can repost an ad only after 7 days if the item is still available.
• No Replacements or Hub Ads: Each ad must represent a specific, currently available inventory item or active service.
• Unrealistic pricing: Avoid "Contact for price" or "Rs 1" labels. Provide a realistic base price or range to build trust with professional buyers.
• Professional language: Offensive language, capital letters for the whole title, or misleading claims will result in ad removal.
• Restricted items: Do not list illegal items, counterfeit materials, or services not related to the events/mandap industry.
