Refund Policy for OTX Ad

OTXAD is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell, or manage the items or services listed on our platform. Consequently, all transactions occur directly between the buyer and the seller.

1. Responsibility for Transactions

When you purchase an item or service through OTXAD, you are entering into a direct contract with the seller. OTXAD acts only as a facilitator to help you discover products and services. Therefore, OTXAD is not responsible for the quality, safety, condition, or legality of the items sold, nor is it responsible for processing refunds for transactions completed between users.

2. Refund Requests

If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, encounter an issue with an item, or wish to request a refund, you must contact the seller directly.

  • Communicate with the Seller: Use the OTXAD chat feature or the contact information provided by the seller in their listing to initiate a discussion regarding a return or refund.

  • Resolution: Any agreement regarding returns, replacements, or refunds is strictly between you and the seller. OTXAD cannot force a seller to provide a refund.

3. OTXAD Platform Fees & Memberships

This Refund Policy applies to transactions between users. For payments made directly to OTXAD—such as payments for "Featured Ads," "Boost Ad," or "Sell Fast Membership"—the following applies:

  • No Refunds: Payments made to OTXAD for advertising, boosting, or subscription services are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated or the ad has been published.

  • Exceptions: Exceptions may be made in cases of technical failure on our platform or erroneous billing, subject to review by our support team. If you believe you are entitled to a refund for a service fee paid to OTXAD, please contact our support team at support@otxad.com within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Avoiding Disputes

We encourage all users to:

  • Inspect items thoroughly: Before finalizing a purchase, meet with the seller, inspect the item, and ensure it meets your expectations.

  • Verify the seller: Check the seller’s profile, verify their ratings (if applicable), and ensure they are a trusted member of the community.

  • Document the transaction: Keep records of your conversations, payment receipts, and any agreements made regarding returns or warranties.

5. Fraud and Scams

If you suspect you have been a victim of fraud or a scam, please report the listing and the user to OTXAD immediately via the "Report" button on the ad page or by contacting our support team. While we cannot process refunds for lost money, we will investigate the reported account and take appropriate action to protect our community.
